On life’s journey we have travelled
Together – you and me
Sharing life’s adventures
Keeping each other company
 
We’ve had laughs and happy times
And sometimes we’ve shared tears
But we’ve always had each other
Close together through the years
 
I have lots of lovely memories
Singing songs, curling hair
Walks at Lyme, endless laughter
Such good times we did share
 
But for now, these times are over
Dear sister, this is true
But it’s been a joy to travel
Down the road of life with you
 
I see you now in heaven
With no struggles and no pain
Enjoying peace forever after
